Join us to celebrate Jewish Disability Awareness and Inclusion (JDAIM) Shabbat. JDAIM raises awareness and champions the rights of Jews with disabilities, affirming that every person is respected, valued, and included in all aspects of Jewish communal life.

This year at BHS, JDAIM Shabbat will highlight these shared values and celebrate the reopening of our outdoor lift, offering members and visitors with mobility needs easier access to our building and programming. Rabbi Bailey Romano will share a teaching on the importance of disability inclusion in Torah and Jewish tradition, inviting us to deepen our understanding of belonging in Jewish life.
